The Problem
This disposable serveware brand targeting hotels, restaurants, and event venues had spent six figures on Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and SEO trying to crack the hotel wholesale market — with nothing to show for it. We reached only F&B managers, banquet managers, and catering directors. Infrastructure ran across multiple branded sending domains with capped inboxes and geographic territory mapping to avoid hitting the same property twice.
The Results
50 verified sample requests in 4 weeks from properties including Hilton, Marriott, Four Seasons, and Ritz Carlton — each with the buyer's name, direct phone number, physical shipping address, and signed expression of interest. 262 total replies, 71 qualified leads, from 21,000 emails across 11,700 prospects.
