The Problem

Closeshark had always grown through word of mouth and referrals. Attempts at scalable outreach had consistently failed — channels felt saturated, and even when leads came in, close rates weren't high enough to make outbound profitable long-term.

What We Did

Hyperke built and managed a complete cold email system for Closeshark — handling technical infrastructure, copywriting, weekly reporting, and proactive communication around policy and deliverability changes. The copy was transparent and on-brand.

The Results

In 10 months, Closeshark signed 29 new clients — enabling them to grow their sales team from one person to five, rebrand, and shift Closeshark from a side offering to their primary business. At peak, they were booking over 50 calls per month.
